Movie Maker help....

hey guys... i wanna know if i can somehow get pics out of some video footage using movie maker? like the video is shit but theres some bits that would make a decent pic so i was wondering if i could like stop it at that bit and make a pic out of it?

I just pause the vid and take a screen shot using a screen shot program.
