Simply put NO they wont

All "V" series Commodore wheels have a PCD of 120mm.

Whereas HQ-WB have a PCD of 120.6mm.

The wheel may actually fit on the hub, but because the PCD is different its highly dangerous, as over time you seriously run the risk of snapping the studs off which means the wheel cause quite easily come off whilst driving!!!

Than again the centre hub could be tiny bit to small, and DO NOT get tempted to grind the hole bigger, as the PCD will still be wrong and would make for a dangerous situation,

Either change hubs to Commodore and use spacers for the offset, or buy wheels designed for the HQ-WB series,

Cheers
