How To Setup A Bike Right?

OK,

I want to set my bike up right. I want more performance basically like speed and power and I want it to sound real good. My bike is a Pitpro 110cc. I wanted to know what should I put on my bike?

I don't really have a price range as I'll just buy bit by bit but what parts would you put on it for more performace like power and speed and a better sound?

No.1 Liffan 140 won't fit

No.2 Fastace wont fit the frame

No.3 atleast you got one thing right.

I'd just strenghten the frame, get smaller zokes or 50's speed forks and get a i shock or something, pro tapers, graphics

what ever breaks from them keep repairing/ upgrading!

those things i mentioned are pretty expencive forks will be over 500 and shock about 350+
