Question kick starter gears GONE i think

hey guys well icleaned me bike today put it all back together and it took about 25 kicks to start it

on the kickstarter it like u cant get to top dead center there is no real hard bit and it seems like with a lawn mower if your pull start cord isnt long enough it ont start it just fells like that ,u just cant give it enough kick to start it, is this a sign of bugged kick start gears

after i started it i turned it of about 5 time and it started back up in 1 kick maybe it didnt have fuel in the carby so it took a while for it to get back in it im not sure but it starts ok now but are those things i mentioned a sign of bugged gears thanks guys

u might have just got water in the carby or in around the spark plug or something like that, but not sure

mine did this about 5 mins ago, but started after about 10 kicks, the problem is that there was basically no TDC in mine...but it came back

my pitpro 140XR starts pretty quick, even on a really cold start. My choke hardly works, i get it started first or second kick by leaving the choke off and just putting the throttle on a bit....

Dont think you've done the gears, sounds more like the timings out or somthing along those lines.
