Same bikes - different performance

I have two exact same 120cc loncin mini dirt bikes. Well i have had them both flat out and one of them persistantly goes faster then the other when flat out. One seems to have more power and have a faster top speed. The riders are the same waight but one just has a little more power and the top speed is about 5mph faster. Any reasons? Could this be caused by to much slack on the chain or the little air screw that makes the engine tick over at a certain speed being altered?

cheers people :-)

Also does anyone know any good UK mini dirt bike forums. Thanks

the way u break the bike in is the way it will ride,
u break in slow; it will be a slug
u break in hard; and it will be a bullet

Break in hard ? My bike had had maybe 2-3 hours on it before today and i was flat out in every gear for like 2 hours straight, we went on a super mission through state forest and got real lost, is that to hard enough ?

Same as before when i was riding it with the broken carby, i was flogging it up to the point of where it pooed itself.
