help identify this bike? f.morini brand name

i got a bike from a friend and road it for around ten minutes, and now it wont start! he said it had low compression and may need some work .
so i ripped it apart and find the bottom ring broke and missing!
so i need a piston and rings! but cant find my engine anywhere!

the only writing is on the cast iron head and it says one side-- f. morini -- other side --2099 -- is that a brand name of engine?

Hi steveO, i have piston kits for these but i will need your bore size & ring thickness to make sure we get the right ones
