I like the new motovert outlaw engine..i have heard good news about them and if i had all that cash i would go for that.

absolute best motor would be either a kitaco DOHC or a takegawa 143cc se II motor. but for one your looking at 5k+
for the best affordable motor with good power the mojo motorcycles are the ones to look at.

best china motor is jailing or gpx, then liffan.. 125cc liffans are 350+

go the full silver ducar cause as far as i can tell mine has been reliable as and no1 on here seem keen to find out if they can beat it

maybe thats because people on the forum dont live near bendigo.....even if you did beat a lifan with ur ducar the build quality on our bikes compensates for that... then we could just donk in a 140cc outlaw
