i finally got my parts today aka engine and odds and ends
the engine looked like this

some parts are missing off the engine and stuff and some parts i asked for wernt even included like throttle assembly and break pads for the breaks he sent me not so happy and it took 3 weeks to get to me so yeah be warned i will be having a chat with him later

woah. thats a BOX of a motor... and an UGLY MOFO of a box at that!!

I realise Aus post would open packages to inspect items, so can kinda understand if it was opened and sealed.. but that look like its been booted around a warehouse, thrown into a truck, taken for a joy ride then spent the night in prision! ie its F(.)nked!!

I think its always good practise to take pics of the items AS they are boxed for sending, that way both parties have a visual referance of how it was sent and the condition it can be expected to arrive in.

good to hear you finally got the engine thou mate, just a shame its not complete/missing bits, etc.

"wat the.......!?!" i didnt even put "sticky" duct tape on it
and there are brake pads did u get the other box?

Smart thing would have been to get it registered. That way if it is damaged your covered by $100 insurance for free
or you can pay optional for full insurance . Also you can track your item down.

Seeing the tape is actually UNDER the Address Label and Post office label i find that hard to believe

There was nothing late about the postage. i checked the date stamp on the package ducar apparently posted 2 weeks ago.. It was posted 25 aug and i recived it on the 26th.

i just learn t a bit about the history of my engine from the first owner and i am asking ducar r spec for some of my money back
