breather hose on back of motor spraying oil on swing arm adn shock

Yesterday arvo i went for a lap of the block and when i got back i noticed oil all over my swing arm and my shock. Im pretty certain it is coming from the breather hose on the back of the motor... wat causes this and how do i fix it?

Cheers, Dave
