Talking Lifan 140cc Service Schedule

Just purchased a pit bike with a Lifan 140cc engine, anyone know the service schedule or where to find it ?

thrash the arse out of it, change the oil every now and then and check the valve clearances every blue moon, seriously though the engines a pretty good, just make sure you do some regular oil changes and check the valves every now and then and it will be fine.
make sure you put a fuel filter on it too, helps a great deal.

clean up airfilter every dusty ride, change the oil 20-25 hours of use, and clean and lube the bike frequently...then you will be good for a long time!!

most people think you have to change the oil frequently but 20-25 hours is fine, as long as you use good oil and do change it, these engines arent high racing spec that need oil changes after every meet, you just have to care for them a little bit and they will return it for ages.

Sounds like these little chinese motors and bikes are reliable, and after my experience today I'm beginning to believe it. Crashed and burned, picked bike and my pride up, straightened handle bars and what do you know first kick and she came back to life. Never been able to do this with other bikes, something always seems to break. Thanks for the oil change and maintenance info everyone.
