what can i do to my good engine?(formally the topic: JAP engine)

is there any way that you can losen up a ducar engine(mine is really tight and runs as good as a honda xr70).

any help would be appreciated

hahahaahahah losen up what do you mean? i like your termanilogy (heaps good spelling for that one). Step by step :
1) take a 12mm spanner and undo the engine mount bolts
2) leave 2 turns on the thread
3) should be hell loose now

Do you mean the gear ratio's?

hc piston, cam, port job, irk, balance the crank, lightened oil slinger, exhaust, spark plug, plus a few other things,
also you do know the ducar isnt a jap engine its chinese
