Snitchy probably means Bridgestone M402 front and M401 rear.

Their M40X tyres cover a wide range of terrain in terms of grip. Good sidewall stability, and they are pretty tough too.

I got a Pirelli MX Scorpion on the rear. I am new to minis, but I'm pretty fussy about results from tyres, and I rate it as very good in near anything except mud. I found it hooks up nicely, and when sideways loose the sliding was very progressive with the Scorp.

If in doubt:
Rule #1: Get a tyre for the terrain you will mostly ride on. "Lasts forever" typically means "slips forever". More grip = loads more fun! btw: If you ride on sealed roads and dirt, well then you're screwed for good grip one way or both ways.
Rule #2: If still in doubt, get a Bridgestone M402 front and M401 rear. $80 fitted with rim lock per wheel sounds like a great deal. I paid $40 for my pair of rim locks alone! Okay I waste some money, but I wanted the rim locks immediately, because > 16 PSI is like riding on "slicks" IMHO.

A pitty you cannot get the new M403 and M404 in mini sizes. Now they are GOOD tyres.

In 19" and 21" sizes: D756 have good grip when new. Close to Bridgestones. But the D756 rear wears fast and the grip goes fast too. The D756 front rubber gets hard a bit too fast with age, and so the grip on hard pack goes out the back door. The D756 is for medium/soft. The Bridgestone M40X tyres are better all round. I expect mucht he same comparison in mini sizes. Keen to hear feedback.

The Kenda Carlsbad and the D756 have nothing in common. The Carlsbad is for very hard terrain. Carlsbads are also heavier in the same size. If you cannot raise the extra $20 and want a cheaper (sub $50) chinese tyre for medium then get a millville - not carlsbad. Apples aint Oranges.
