Mikuni Carbi won't idle

hey guys wondering if i can get some more help. well first my bike has a mikuni carbi on it and it had a low idle. it would idle but only when warm so my friend and i mucked around with it and stuufed it up. the only thing we were doing was playing with the screw on the side of the carbi. Tryed to ride it today but every time i pulled the clutch in to brake it stalled. Any help would be great guys i got a pic to show you the screw.

with a screwdriver , turn in the center screw all the way [ clockwise ] start your engine and let it warm up for atleast 1 minute, if your engine is idleing high now , all you need to do is back off this screw[ anti clockwise ] until you get the idle you want.

thanks guys for ya help i wasn't to sure cose i have had people tell me turn it in and another say turn it out. It was funny today i tried to ride it, was riding down the road top 4th and pulled the clutch in to brake and it stalled so i dropped the clutch out so it would start and the rear wheel locked up for a good 4 meters then there was this big screech and a big black mark all the way round the corner. bloody good way to wear in a brand new $70 tyre.lol
