hey fellas

umm i jus bought a 110cc dirtbike and the guy told me to go easy for the first at least 3 hours of riding it

by going easy what does he mean???
and what happenes if someone over reved it and reached high speed like will the motor blow or what?

this might sound dum but im curiouse of knowing incase lol?

Stay around 50 Km/h for the first 3 tank's of fuel.

After the first tank change the oil.
Use all gears.

use compression braking too like dont use brakes use the gears to slow you down

yeh thats what i do but what if someone drove it and like sped in it and aver reved it a couple of times?

what will hapen?

it shouldnt do much. all that hes telling you to do is go easy to let the new engine break in and wear into position.

some people just let it rip straight outta the box and swear by doing that rather than running it in. so do what ever you want to do if you search these forums you will find alot of threads to do with running in or breaking in. go look through them
