Im in Melbourne and I get all my high tensile bolts and nuts from The Metric Men but I suggest u look in the Yellow Pages under fastener shops and supplies to find somewhere around your local area.

I have also come across these kits on the net but im not sure if they have what u need

I built my bike from scratch and have used bunnings high tensile bolts. They only come in packs of 4 though! No problems.

Cheapest and best place is a dedicated fastner shop, they have every size, length, thread pitch and head type you will need and will cost a fraction of buying those little packets.
