fines and photos?

hey all i have been told by several people that if a random person takes a photo of you riding ur moto and it has the time and date on the photo and they pass it on to the cops that if they can identifie you that they will fine you? is it true? also a security guard told me this?

How are they meant to identify you?

IF your unrego'd the cops would have nothing to go on they can't just assume it's you because you have the same colour helmet as the guy in the pic.

I wouldn't worry TBH by the time the cops get there hands on the photo you would be at home washing the bike. If your going to get busted it's because your ride near houses and people complain.

there is no way they can fine you if u have your helmet on and cant see your face they would need a clean shot of your face to fine ya........they need hard evidence

googles and full face helmet and they can not see your face let alone they cant prove it.

not in Tasmania hoon laws basically make it so if you supposedly do something like that and someone "identifies" you they just sign a affidavit and bingo ur a goner, well to be honest u DONT actually have to do anything ....if it looks like you will u can have ur vehicle taken off you . So dont piss ur neighbours off lawl


you will find even unregoed pitbikes will be covered as its a motor vehicle

hey fellas thats what i thort and i allways wear a full face helmet but i dont wear goggles but im getting them this week and wont go riden befor then.
but does any1 no what the fine is for riden in the bush on the gold coast? is there a fair chance i will get a warning first i never ride on the road and allways stay away from the road.?
