irk screws

irk screws

ive finally got the flywheel off but now the screws for the old irk wont come out, ive dowsed them in wd40 left them to sit for a good hour and they still wont budge. anyone else had any trouble with these? i really dont wanna strip them either.

Preety sure he would of tried that. Using a big ol' screw driver is a good way to bur out your shitty china phillips bolts. Must of done a good job at the assembly line on your bike if the bolts arn't tightend up correctly. Honda climan manual states you need an impact driver to remove these components , they copy that so thats what you should need to undo them.

You supposed to use an impact driver to reinstall the bolts aswell.

I wouldnt gamble on shitty china bolts other wise you'll find yourself in all sorts of trouble...

Make sure you run some medium strength threadlock on the fastener thread aswell otherwise they may viabrate out and cause all sorts of nasty problems...
