Ken oath they work ,ive brought 4 and installed them not a problem from this ebay shop ....you can get the IRK for about $89 if you shop around and bargain with people ..........

No don't fit to a bike that is not start any gear, I can't remember the explanation but something to do with the clutch.

no, they fit, but youre in stive of your clutch going BANG because of counter weight, but then i have seen many say that it has been fine.
