50's Brotherhood issue #30

i might have to go up to the newsagent sounds like a good mag ay.

so tell me how much content can you possibly get out of our industry at the moment?????

there's only so many events and as for the adds everything costs money if you only new how much it cost to put out a mag every 2 months it sure aint cheap
and stu does alot of the mag and editing for love

but the mag is good, times are tuff and it's the only mag in Australia that supports us and us souly
ask yourself how well do you think the likes of frmx mag would cover minibikes if the brotherhood didn't exist??
we would be lucky to get 2 pages out of there hundred page mag wouldn't we???

consider yourself lucky that you get 20 pages dedicated to pitbikes even if there's adds in it?

as for our site
If you have read the interview with chris in the mag you would know he is very passionate about givin us the best site possible and to do that we need your input we need you to tell us what you want from this site and more importantly what you would like to see and what benefit you would like to get from the blog and ezine???

i have been working pretty hard behind the scene to try and get these things up and running and keep this site profitable and alive?? i dont get a cent for it and i'm not fussed about that i do it cause i see it as my contribution to our sport sort of

ok in short what i need from you guys is to start being active and commenting on our blog and letting us know what you want to see in there.

i'll actually get one of the mods to get a suggestions for blog and ezine thread up so you can throw us your idea's
if you dont have any idea's your support in growing this site will be enough

does this sound fair and easy??

thankyou coolmodee you came across with your points in a way that didnt offend(or try to offend) me and its made me think.. hillz has just spoken a heap of rubbish and his points in my eyes havnt been valid.. i sort of agree with you although i still think 10 or 15 more pages would still be alot better.. just my personal thoughts

All good mate Stu prints what events he can cover and Coolies right,most of what he does is for love and he's been doing it for 5years for very little reward other than the utmost respect from people in the industry .....if you met him for a minute you would know this too be true.

and yes some of us are passionate about the mag and disagree with you're opinion as we know a bit more about what the costs and time involved to produce and print it add up too ....

but you seem smart enough too know that and the reasons why we feel that way .... even before you wrote your post ......

so yeah no hardy's you're entitled to your opinion.

coolmodee your like old enough to be me old man haha no offence ( i kno they say dont judge a book by its cover but you you look like the last person i would see on a mini....tho thats good to see its just a bunch of stupid young kids riding pitbikes and everyone is getting out there....i would like to see more in 50s brotherhood i know in some other mags like freeirder ADB they usully have a tech section and how to's i think they could be very valuable for 50s brotherhood thats my 2 cents anyway
