140 Lifan Porting

Whats up peeps?

I live on the West Coast and would like to get the head on my PitPro worked b ut I aint that handy with the tools needed, I can pull it all apart but I will leave the porting to the pro's in the know.

So does anyone know where i could get it done in Perth?

I can freight it to SA if theres no one in Perth but I guess it would be easier to go local.

Do you think i will get a little bit of a gain or a lot? and once it is done can I just bolt it all back together or do I need to jig around with other bits?

If your not puttin a bigger cam in it i wouldnt bother doin the head. You wont get any noticable gain. Just port match the manifold. They are usually way out and this does make a difference. Especially pay attention to the fibre spacer on the carby end. Just look through the carby from the air filter side and you will see a big lip from the spacer. Taper this to match the carby with a file, While its off of course, and you will will be flyin.
