problem starting bike...110cc auto

hey there, my mates bike isnt starting. his bikes a 110cc full auto and only electric start
we both tryed everything and just cant get it to start
we tryed cleaning the carby out with a air compressor, putting a new spark plug in, new fuel, testing, and thats about it
what else is there to try ?
there is spark, there is fuel going through, what else ?
the bike just turns over but doesnt want to start
by the way the bike hasnt been started in about 4 months
Thanks heaps in advance...
