Yes, I agree although I want to be careful in what I say as i've never tried that one out yet. My agreement is based on what I've read in comments/reviews about that CDI.

What seems to be worth spending your money on are the Kitaco, Takegawa or ADA brand CDI's (not in their order of superiority). Unless I get any of these (and I'm leaning towards Kitaco), I'd stick to the original one.

We've got tried and tested race cdi's on our website for a reasonable price....
