nice bike, i think a 160 might be a a little too powerful,

did u have any trouble fitting the 125?

and to be complianced to they need disc brakes?

any horizontal motor will bolt in ,gpx 150,160 all have the klx style head so they become and issue with the j1 model bike a jz is no problem

no you dont need disk brakes to get roadworthy but you do needa ADR compliance plate for rad worthy and reg


i dont think there any issues with the other 40th's fools i just think there lazy and dont want to change a good thing

the new 40th's are a sweet bike , iv ridden a dew ,1 with a taki motor and dam is was smooth

if i had the coin i would have 1 for sure ,but they will come up again for sale as ppl go broke over these tuff times

HONDA Z50J1 77 MODEL

I have just scored a fairly well worn z50. It has a plate behind the head stem just under the tank. It's unreadable at the moment. Would this mean it is a complied frame? If so I plan to restore it. Just wondering if it was only complied models with this plate or did all models have a plate there?? Where is the best place to buy parts for restoring it.
