i mean what mods are you talking about? ... we all know here that the cost of modding depends entirely on the person doing the mods... i.e. 2nd hand parts, doing all the work yourself.
so back to the math you had a klx110 and 1100 quid to spend on mods that to me adds up to 10 times the bike you'll buy for $3k unless you spend 12mths looking for the Exact bike you want.
i guess 2 last questions is, since you obviously love riding - Do you have another bike to ride in the mean time while you wait for the NEW and improved midsize? will you spend so much time waiting for the new modded bargain under $3k that you go kinda NUTTY and then finally decide that you need a bike settling for something like a vert lifan/yx 150 06/07 that needs work or a klx110 basically the same as you already had?

Well as I have said to Skylar's reply the KLX110 is GONE so there is no point going on about the Mods I could have done to it because I already did my Homework and have found that Modding a KLX110 is EXPENSIVE, a lot more then a CRF50 anyways.
For $1100 to spend on Mods I could have bought Fastways Pegs/mount, 2nd hand Shock, Stiffer fork sprins/Dampening Rods, Camshaft, Pro-Taper handlebars, TBR Airfilter kit, Sprockets, Chain, grips, 1/4 trun throttle and that was about all on the Propsed list I had...with MINIMAL engine Mods.
AND I can buy a Newer KLX110 with pretty much all of these above Mods done to it with a few more extra's for less then $3000!!! You just have to look around, and I have been looking for quite a while, haha!

For your 2nd Question...NO, I don't have another Bike to ride until I get my newer Midsize...just the old 20" and pushies
BUT that doesn't really bother me seen Ill have a Midsized within the next few weeks or at the most, the end of this month.
As I have said....Ive got 3 Bikes which are ALL very good and are ALL $3000 and UNDER so at the moment Im finalsing on which would be the best pick, UNLESS something else Pops up somehow before I make my Decision.
I hope that makes sense BUT, back to the REASON why I made this THREAD...was NOT to talk about the PAST...i.e Old KLX110...BUT to SEE if ANYONE has ANY OF THESE BIKES THEY ARE SELLING.
