Ive bought a bike

So you sold your klx110..... and now you want to buy a klx110??? Seriously??

Not to sound rude but I dont think you understand WHY I sold the KLX110.

I sold it as both ME and my Younger Brother owned it and we decided it was a good time to sell it and SPLIT the amount of $$$$ we got for it, also as it was getting a little old meaning 2nd Hand Prices drop...

You know that BUYING a already Modded Jap Mini is cheaper then buying Stock and buying All the Mods yourself???!!!
Thats the situation I am in.

That was why we decided to sell it and are now going our own ways with the cash we've got

When I say a KLX110...I dont mean a STOCK one but one with some Nice Mods ALREADY done to it. Same goes with the CRF70.

Anyways, I hope you understand?!

And Bulldog...Ive thought about the PitsterPro but have heard quite a few problems people have faced with the YX Engines and also a few other reasons I have turned away from the PitsterPro's.

buying an already modded jap mini is missing the whole point, it's like buying an already modded rice burner and leaving that way

just wondering though, how much did you end up getting for the klx? why didn't you just buy out your brother's share and go from there?

got a Yx150 for sale, Brand New $420

Well I had it Advertised on Ebay for only 2 days and a guy came down to pick it up and we got $1900 in CASH for it, which we were pretty Stoked with.
My brother isn't into Minis and likes Surfing a heap more so with the money he got he wants to buy a New Surfboard...and I can't stop him.

Ummm not to sound rude......... but now you have to try to find a klx110 of the age you want, with the mods you want, for the price you want. Good luck with that!

Whereas you could have bought out your brother's share, he can do what he wants, you could have then modded the bike as you so desired.

Now admittedly, I'm no officionado/expert, but it seems to me you are taking the long, hard way to get to pretty much the same conclusion. Just seems so pointless. But anyway....

half 1900 CASH is 950... you now have 3000 to spend?? you already had 2050.. SO

buying out brothers share from the 2050 you already had - 950 leaves 1100 for mods to existing KLX which you are now looking for... now dont get me wrong i read that you would like a younger bike etc.
Its just that in my short time here (couple of mths) i lost count of how many have wanted a "vert with 150 daytona" i hate to say it but your dreaming right there. concerning the other jap bikes which i know absolutely 'JackS**T' about i find it hard to believe that you will get a modded one less than a few years old for Under $3k when like you say -

i mean what mods are you talking about? ... we all know here that the cost of modding depends entirely on the person doing the mods... i.e. 2nd hand parts, doing all the work yourself.
so back to the math you had a klx110 and 1100 quid to spend on mods that to me adds up to 10 times the bike you'll buy for $3k unless you spend 12mths looking for the Exact bike you want.
i guess 2 last questions is, since you obviously love riding - Do you have another bike to ride in the mean time while you wait for the NEW and improved midsize? will you spend so much time waiting for the new modded bargain under $3k that you go kinda NUTTY and then finally decide that you need a bike settling for something like a vert lifan/yx 150 06/07 that needs work or a klx110 basically the same as you already had?

Well to tell you the TRUTH I have 3 Bikes I have been looking at and am FINALISING which one to put my hard earned $$$$ with so NO, it wont be taking 6months of me posting threads and comments on the Chatbox...Dont you worry Ill DEFINENTLY have a newer Midsized by the end of this month.

I understand what your are saying BUT the KLX110 is SOLD now and I am Happy it is GONE. !!!Cant look back as they say!!!

You will just have to wait and see to what EXACTLY Ill be getting.
